This policy describes the practices which A Token of Gratitude (ATOG) uses with regards to collecting personal information, and the protection of same. By purchasing any products from this Site, you agree to the collection and use of the information. If you do not agree, please do not order from this Site.

COLLECTION AND USE
There are two types of information that will be collected through this site - personal and non-person information.
Personal information is that information which is obtained from the forms/questionnaires that are filled out by the client when requesting a product or service from ATOG. This information will include: your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and credit card number. When purchasing a product, and completing the necessary forms, personal information for the recipient will also be required.
ATOG will use the above information collected to complete the transaction initiated by the purchaser. This information will also be kept on file for our gift reminder service, and as such will be used to get in touch with you when necessary. ATOG will also use what has been provided to do follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the products and services and/or to see how we can serve you better. Credit card information (including address) will be used to bill for the products and services.
The information provided will also be used to send information regarding upcoming specials, new products and features. If you do not want to be notified of this, please send an e-mail to info@atokenofgratitude.com indicating you would like your name removed from this mailing list.
Personal information gathered on the recipient of the product will be used to ensure the best gift is given, that proper delivery is done and to advise the purchaser of any up coming gift opportunities. Marketing information and offers regarding ATOG's products and services and upcoming specials may be forwarded to the recipient, who will also have the ability to removing themselves from this list.
At no time will any personal information regarding the purchaser and the recipient gathered on this site be sold or rented to another company.
Non-personal information is information such as the IP address and that pages that were viewed while on the ATOG site. The information gathered will include pages that were visited, the order of same and which products/links where clicked on and how far along the process a person went. The statistics gathered will help to provide a better service to the customer.
There may be times when a survey will be conducted in order to gather opinions and demographic information. No personal information will be requested on these surveys. The answers/data received will be used to better understand what customers are looking for and expecting from the company.
